Nathan Purcell

Nathan Purcell has been a glass artist for over eight years. Attending the East Coast's top two glass schools, the Corning Museum of Glass and Salem Community College, studying under master glass artists, he learned the requisite skills to master his craft and broaden his portfolio. Throughout his glass career, Nathan has educated his community with his passion for lampworking by giving live demonstrations at the Universiy of the Arts in Philadelphia and teaching introductory and advanced classes at Philadelphia Glass Works. Currently, Nathan is an active member of the Glass Art Society, Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen, and Contemporary Glass Philadelphia and a resident artist and teacher at Philadelphia Glass Works.
